UFT is not able to recognize the web based objects

Hello ,

 

I am not able to recoginze the web based objects on the IE 9 with UFT 12.51 

I had recored the scripts in Uft and not able to run the script after the restart of the system and i am getting this following error message as "General run time error"  and this error message is not consistance (Some times after the serveral restarts the scripts works)

 

Find the attached screen shot.
