VLAN doesn't work on switch HPE 6200M

We have a new R8Q69A and we need for all ports VLAN 10 for VOICE. 

Our configuration is:

interface vlan 1

    ip address 172.22.27.198/22

    no ip dhcp

vlan 1,10

interface 1/1/x (ALL PORTS)

    no shutdown

    no routing

    vlan trunk native 1

    vlan trunk allowed all

interface 1/1/y (ONLY THE PORT ACCESS FOR VLAN10)

    no shutdown

    no routing

    vlan access 10

interface 1/1/z (ONLY THE PORT ACCESS FOR VLAN1)

    no shutdown

    no routing

    vlan access 1

With this configuration VLAN10 does't work, but it works when I shutdown the vlan 1 access port.
