VSF Stacking Speed

Hi,

i've a doubt about stacking speed of two 2930F.

How much would it impacts performance if you made a 1Gbps VSF stack while having 10Gbps uplinks?

Essentially, what are the VSF speed requirements while designing the infrastructure?
