What is the difference between the Care Packs UE335E and UJ336E?

We've recently purchased a few laptops and we'd like to purchase Care Packs for them, but we're getting all sorts of contradictory information from various pages on HP.com and from the websites of our suppliers.

My question is, how accurate is the data on the "Hardware Support with Defective Media Retention" page ( http://www.hp.com/sbso/services/disk-retention-order.html?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN )? Aside from onsite NBD service overseas, what other differences are there between UE335E and UJ336E?

Can we get UJ336E for the EliteBook 8530p notebooks and UJ333E for the 6730b if we wanted 3 years of NBD onsite support with disk retention even when overseas?
