Salve a tutti, ho un laptop 14-ce2016nl sul quale è stato installato Windows 11, ha funzionato per un paio di giorni ma ora non parte più: led tasto accensione acceso e led su caps-lock lampeggiante. Ho provato con USB BIOS recovery ma senza risultato.

Non so se su questo laptop è possibile installare windows 11 in quanto sul sito HP trovo il BIOS per questo modello solo con Windows 10. 

Qualcuno ha avuto esperienze, o altre idee su come ripristinare il tutto ?
