WVSD Laptop Error

Hello HP,I Noticed a laptop Doing     "Automatic Updates Operation 0 oF 5021 And Showed all the .EXE's I Couldnt read them But Then it shuts off black screen and restarts and repeats over and over Again Wont Stop Looping,Do you guys know what is going on? If Need be i can provide stuff For support. OR I Could have let my teacher know and they contact their tech dept BUT Instead i went here.
