Create pilot test for PCM+ 3.x and IDM

Hello all.

I want to try a pilot in a client with PCM+ 3.x and IDM.

At the moment this client has PCM+ 2.3 and IDM 2.2 licensed, but he's having some troubles with Windows 7 authentication.

In order to dissipate this doubt, we want to try a trial with the new versions of PCM+ and IDM without updating the existing servers.

Our plan is to install a trial server with these new versions, and do this on the side avoiding the existing servers for a period of time.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible? And if this is possible can you give me an idea of the things i need to reconfigure to try this?
