PCM+ 2.3 Datastore service and mysqld-max-nt error

We are currently running PCM 2.3; which has been working really well for us.

last week the suddenly we cannot run the PCM when it start we got mysqld-max-nt.exe error and the HP Procurve Datastore service stopped

 

any soultion to solve this issue please
