PCM+ 3.10.201 looses connection with switchs after enabling SNMPV3

Hello,

I have recently changed the SNMP setting on the switches to v3. I verified that PCM+ can successfully communicate with the switches. However, several hours later, it looses communications with the switch (red X icon). I test the comm. with PCM to switches and it can communicate with them. I end up have to re-discover the switches.

Switch details:

3500/6600 K14.47

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I did update PCM+ with update 5 but the problem still exists.

right click on the switch icon in PCM and choose "test communication parameters" to make sure it is communicating correctly, also I would recommend checking the release notes for the switches' firmware since you are running old version, you might find some fixes for SNMP issues there that might be related to what you are facing.
