PCM 3.2 agent unreachable

I see all my devices status = good  but have   "?"  in the middle of the green circle and it says

Good, agent Unreachable

 

I have stopped/ and    re started all HP Procurve services  ...no change

Hers a pinch to grow an inch

your pcm agent resiade  local or another site

it resides on  local computer .......I had finally had to stop and restart all services on this local computer

 

and now all is fine and the ? is gone and all are reachable
