PCM 3.2 SSH Device Login

Hi,

when i want to connect to my switches in PCM 3.2, I got an error:

Unable to login... verify device credentials or no telnet sessions available for use

or

Starting...
<Login: SWITCH---XXXXXXX> Failed>
SSH Connect Failed. Please check if the device is reachable and SSH is enabled on it.
CLI complete.

I have entered the correct password in the CLI settings at the default agend(which i use).

How can deactivate, that the PCM DO NOT uses SSH to login. I only want to use Telnet, because i havnt ssh activated on my switches.

open the agent manager under tools and select the PCM agent and DeviceAccess, click CLI tab and make sure the telenet mode is selected instead of SSH
