PCM and unreachable agents
Hi there, we are also having the same trouble as they did back in November. Anybody come up with a good answer. Have restarted several times with sporadic success. Using the default agent - picks up all the switches and the MSM's - but not the access points. Red circle next to access points - green check next to MSM's. Anybody???

Update: after several rebootings of the server got all of the ap's to transmit data to pcm. I realize that this is a massive program with lots of services running, but seems to be very unstable. Any others feel the same? We are doing the 60 day trial.
