pcm4 not showing names or IP addresses in "port top talkers" showing only "other

Hi,

we recently installed pcm 4 on win2008r2.

in our switch (4000m) on port top talkers not showing names or IP addresses only "other"

(image attached)

in our 2910 switch it is showing it.

 

 

We have also pcm 2.3

in this version in the same switch&port  we can see names&IP addresses.

 

Any ideas?

Did you ever get this worked out?

I am having the same trouble with one of my devices.

Any assistance you can provide will be much appreciated.
