Procurve 2610 Traffic Tab --> Awaiting Data

Hello,

I have PCM 3.20.1741 installed on a Windows 7 System. In PCM I have Procurve 1700, 1800 and 2610 Switches. The 1700 and 1800 Switches are giving me the right info. I can see the trafficutilization without any problems. On the 2610 Switches however I can only see the basic information on the Basic Propertiestab. Also I can see the Portstatus and Portlist. But when I want to see the Traffic information, there is a text above the speedometer which says "Awaiting Data". Well, I have waited several days, but still no info. I have tried to remove some switches and add them manually, but still no difference. I have tried different SMTP password, but still no difference.

Does anybody have a hint how I can solve this problem?

This might be a coincidence, but in my case the 2610's that are 'awaiting data' are running f/w versions R.11.30-R.11.58, while I have Traffic data for my R.11.64-R.11.68 units.

What f/w version are you running?

I am running f/w version R.11.04, R.11.30 and R.11.54 on my 2610's.

On my 2626 with f/w version H.10.38 PCM+ is giving me the right traffic info. So I guess PCM is right configured and the problem starts at the 2610's.

I can test your idea on one of my spare 2610 switches. I will update it with the newest f/w version and test if i give's me any data. Hopefully I can get this done by Friday or Monday (Cebit is waiting for me :smileyhappy:)
