procurve manager 4 service monitoring

Hi,

My PCM server crashed recently due to hardware problems.

I've since rebuilt it from the ground up on new hardware.

I've got most of it configured as it was before, but am struggling with Service Monitioring, specifically for the Web.  I have monitors in place for DHCP and DNS working fine, but when I try to add Web monitoring, it seems I'm missing a screen in the wizard.  This used to work on my old server before the crash.

PCM is updated to 4.00.06.628 on 8Gb machine with 64bit OS and 64 bit install.

When adding a monitor for the web, I can add the name of the monitor, but when I click next, nothing happens.  If I click next a second time, it says "Enter the Website URL".  I haven't seen a screen where I can put the URL in!

I think I'm missing a screen to put this in, any ideas how I can get it back?  This may be related to the fact I initially ran the new server with a trial serial as I had to get HP to unlock my serial key.  Is there any debugging I can look at to figure this out?
