Procurve Manager v3.0 won't collect updates from download folder
I'm trying to update PCM v3.0 to the latest firmware version 3.20 and have placed the file where it needs to be in the download folder : C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\PNM\server\data\download\autoupdate.
Auto updates have never worked, it says checkin for updates, then the message " No Updates Available" appears.
The same message appears when I try to manually install the update from the PCM download folder.
I have checked, and the 3.2 zip file is in the auto update folder, and the PRP file exists within:
"C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\PNM\server\data\download\ "
Can anybody help? Why won't the server pick up any updates?

Hi Jason,
You are doing it the wrong way. the PCM 3.20 update is not an auto update which you normally have to place under the specified folder. After downloading PCM 3.20 file, unzip it and you will find an executable program. You need to run it on the same PCM server and follow the installation process.
After you are done installing the PCM 3.20 you will need to install the update license for PCM 3.20
