Procurve - Visitor guest Management

HI,

 

I cannot access the database in a diferente network to install the VGM. I installed VGM and use postgres sql to store the data base in one network. Now i need to install another Visitor guest Management in a diferent network but the application VGM doesn't reach the database. Help please
