Three ways:
1. Attach SUVI cable and a USB CD-Rom
Boot the newest SmartStart which supports also BL20p and go!

2. Do it with the Rapid Deployment Pack. (Recommended solution)

3. Install your Universal HDD on a DL360/DL380, pull it out and plug it into a BL20p :-))
