Boot failure

Need help,

During the install wth RDP, after the reboot, I keep getting the following error messages during the boot up.
NET0133 - IP Address Already In use - (its setup to use DHCP)
NET0116 - TCP Access Failure.
IPX or Netbios must be running in order to load network services form here.

I believe you are getting this message from the target server. It means the IP address given by DHCP server is in use by some other machine on the same network.

Switch off the target server and try to ping that ip address (given DHCP server). If it still pings it means you are having duplicate IP address on your network.
