Error 101

I am attempting to deploy an image to a different server than where it was created. The image deployment runs fine until it gets to about 42% completion than it errors out with Error 101. It states "the production partition may be corrupt." I'm not sure if it's talking about the partition in the image or the partition on the server that I'm restoring the image to. In the RDP consol it states "the volume is full." Could I have a bad image or is there simply not enough space on the target system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
