Error 2 during script execution

Just recently upgraded from 2.20 to v 3.0 and this error comes up now : Error 2 during script execution. It is attempting to copy the proliant support files. Status details say that "Could not copy c:\$oem$\proliant\cluster\doswait.exe
The file is in that location.
Any help would be appreciated.

Someone else had the same problem. I'm not sure I like the solution, because it doesn't ID the problem.
