Have HP8 Internal Port SAS HBA, am unable to configure array controller with SmartStart 7.70

Have an ML310 with the above listed array controller. The controller fails to show when using Smart Start version 7.70. Any idea on how to get around this problem?

Looking a version history it doesnt look like the 8 port was supported till after the release of 7.7

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I will have to get the new version of SmartStart. Would be nice if it were available as a download.

Thanks for the link. I've downloaded SmartStart 7.80. Unfortunately it still fails to recognize the controller. I've gone in through the configuration utility provided during POST (F8) and made progress that way. It seems that SmartStart still needs more work.
