ICSP WinPE not registering on ICSP server

I am trying to provision Windows server when it boots into Windows ServiceOS, it is not able to communicate to ICSP server. It seems it is unable to get the HPSA gateway and port

Running ICSP 7.6, Installing Any Windows version
