.\lib\bin32\hpprep.exe unknown package type
It's been a month since I last used RDP in our environment. When I try to capture an image today, it did not start right away. I waited and wake-on-lan was not sent. In fact, nothing happened.
The only thing that was somewhat suspicious was that hpprep.exe is unknown to Altiris.
I upgraded to v3.0 from v2.2 a couple of months ago, and the only major change to our environment was firmware/driver upgrade on all the blade servers and the MSA1000.
The RDP server (DL360) was not updated since it was recently re-built with PSP7.50.
Any info or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
thanks, Gary
