NIC Team esx 3.0.2 using default.cfg

I am looking for the commands to put in the RDP3.8's default.cfg to configure NIC teaming for ESX 3.0.2. I have 4 NICS in a BL25p, I want Console on NIC1, VM Network NIC2 and 3(Teamed), and VM motion on NIC4. Thanks.
