I want to deployment Thin-Client use RDP.
When I chaged my system IP and modify some of configuration (Ex PXE configuration pxe.ini rpc.ini aclient.inp ,DS in options.)When my Thin-client received RDP information ,thin-client reboot and I pree F12 to run PXE boot.
The thin-client was stopped in request key in account and password for RDP server(Question 1).After I key in and pxe will continue run.
In a few minutes.I found the screen was stopped in aclient agent windows and it display old IP address. Then the utility was stopped in DOS Command mode show F:\
PXE boot failed. (Question 2)Need I modify others.
Hope somebody can give me a hand.

Solution
** I beleive you need to also regenerate the PXE images. ***
You can pull up this article on: http://kb.altiris.com

What changes need to be made to Deployment Server if the server IP address is changed?
---------------------------------------------
Answer
Before making changes to the Deployment server, consider the Deployment Server aclient settings on managed computers that will need to be redirected to the new IP address. It may be necessary to change agent settings for the new IP address BEFORE changing the IP address on the server.
Then update the following three files with the new IP address of DS and/or the PXE server:
â ¦\eXpress\deployment server\default.cfg
â ¦\eXpress\deployment server\pxe\pxe.ini
â ¦\eXpress\deployment server\pxe\rpc.ini (DS 6.5 or later only)
Edit all PXE Configurations and any Boot Disk configurations with the new IP address.
After making these changes, be sure to restart the Altiris eXpress Server and/or PXE server services. Also change the scope of the DHCP Server if DHCP is running on the same computer.
