PXE boot media test failure

I am trying to boot up a DL380 G4 to dump an image from it to an MS ADS server to virtualize the server. When I boot up the server and try using the pxe boot option I keep getting the error that the media failed, I have checked the network cable and it is fine. Any ideas??

the dl380 servers come with 2 nics. you can only PXE boot from one. check within the bios that the nic you are using has been configured to pxe.
