"Unable to connect with dagent for status updates"

Does somebody know waht to do with the problem?
DAgent ver. 6.9.375 installed on W2K8 64-bit.
Licenses are more then registered agents.
Deployment Solution server's version - 6.9 SP1 (355). Sniffer shows that server rejects connection:

.Reply=UpdateComputer
Result=ConnectionRejected
.Request=CloseSession
.Reply=CloseSession
Result=Success

Please somebody! any clue?
