RDP 2.20 License issue
Hi while installing RDP 2.20 we were asked for the license with 3 options
1. 7 day trial
2. your license key
3. you license key file
now the pack came with 8 licenses with a 20 digit number but when we get the the point of typing this in the option is greayed out
leaving use with the option 7 day trial or to browse for the key file which we haven't been supplied.

Re: RDP 2.20 License issue
Adam:
You need to go out to the RDP License page and get a .lic file.
The webpage should be listed on the back of the RDP software box, with the License Code. Run through the registration web wizard and and input your code. A license file will be then generated and available for download.
After getting the file...
Click Start --> Programs --> Altiris --> Deployment Solutions --> Product Licensing Utility ... to install the new file. Or, if you have not finished setting up RDP, you can specify the lic file during setup.
