RDP amd Virtual Center

We are trying to put Virtual Center and RDP on the same physical server using SQL as the database. SQL is on the same server as well.

It is RDP 3.0 and VC 1.2.

The server is running win2003 EE SP1. SQL 2000 SP4.

We added RDP and then tried to use VC to deploy some templates. The jobs starts but after 20 minutes the progress bar has not appeared in VC. (under active jobs) We tried to create a template, the job started but the progress bar did not appear.

We can open both the RDP deployment console and can open VC. We can add systems to VC (esx hosts and see the VMs')
