RDP web console security

I am looking for info on setting security (login/authentication/roles) for the RDP web console. The default install is getting me to a full admin console (without any login required).

Can somebody please point me in the right direction?

The web console security is defined by going into the Win32 console and selecting Tools | Security and modifying the access accounts and rights there.
