RIS deployment and PSP

Hello!
I have HP server ProLiant ML370 G4.
I install Windows Server 2003 SP1 using RIS.
In "CMDLINES.TXT" I specify line
"C:\ARC\PSP\setupc.exe bp000247.xml"
for ProLiant Support Pack install.
It sims to be that all packages installed but System Management Homepage.
In CPQSYSTEM\LOG\cpqsetup.log I got

If I start this package manually it was installed successfully.
Why this package don't installed from first launch?
How i can in other way install system and PSP from RIS?
