SMP P2P Failed Drivers Could not be injected into boot disk

I see that this problem was posted once before and no solution offered but...
I am using HP Server Migration Pack - Universal Edition ver 3.0 and am attempting to
perform a Physical to Proliant Migration which has failed with the error
"Drivers could not be injected into boot disk HP E200i Logical Volume 0, Controller Slot 0 Bus 0". This error is reported both on the Application server, and the Source server. On the Destination server, this is the error reported: "Failed SMP migration. The expected partitions are not detected or the filesystem is corrupted".

The Proliant is am ML350 G5 with 4Gb RAM and three 142Gb SATA drives configured as RAID 5.
The source server is a basic Dell Poweredge running Win2k server SP4. The copy to the new server seems to have run OK but it has failed with the error shown above. I have tried several different logical drive configurations and it doesn't seem to matter. I can provide more details if needed.
