SUM Does not Update SMHP remotely if the target partition is Z

Hi, maybe someone might have experienced this before.

This customer is trying to install PSP 7.90a using SIM, everything goes fine if the destination servers have the letter C as the primary partition, but SIM server does not update the SMHP properly to the clients on which the Drive letter is changed from C: to Z:

We though this was a SIM issue so we tried isolating SIM and instead we use the PSP locally on one server in which the primary partition is Z, System Update Manager found and installed SMHP properly, however if we do a remote installation all servers with letter Z as primary partition wont update SMHP.

Does anyone have any clue what might be happening here or what workaround we might try?

Thanks,

Issue was that customer was using a citrix utility to remap the drive C to Z so some registry strings were corrupted during the process.
