Virtual Server 2005R2 and RDP 3.5
I am trying to use RDP to load VMs on my new 360g4p. I have sufficient RAM (4gb) to load a couple of 640MB Vms. I have x64 os and x64 VS2005 installed.
It seems that the winpe image just hangs at the point where the image has loaded and it should go from that text loading screen to the basics of graphic initialization. Only thing is, it just hangs right there.
Is there something i need to change in the WinPE image to support 2005R2? It USED to work, but i cannot remember how it did. Does the install need to be DOS based?

Re: Virtual Server 2005R2 and RDP 3.5
Try making your VM w/ 1GB of memory.
Most of the people who manage VM simple copy the VM to create a new system (they regen the SID to the new system also).

The problem is, this really SHOULD work. and at various stages, it does. Just not completely.
I just dont know what is causing it to hang just yet.
