172 EISA Configuration memory Invalid

Dear All,

We are facing a problem with our Prosignia 500 server. When we tried to change a Hard Disk , we were getting the msg "172 EISA Configuration memory Invalid" before booting . After this msg we were not able to invoke the BIOS or not even able to boot thru the Floppy or CDROM.
We can see a cursor blinking at the top left corner of the screen, there is no response for "F10" key or any other key. We have tried putting the SW 6 of configuration switch to ON to make it to reset the NV RAM. Still we found the same error.

If any of you can give me a tip to go inside the Configuration utility it will be much helpful to use the server.

Im getting the same error with my system...Trying to install mandrake on mine and have the same error..I am totally lost with what to do. Can anyone help us?
