We replaced:
- The cache accelerator memory module.

But still have the same error.

Re: 1797-Slot 0 Drive Array - Array Accelerator Read Error Occured
I'm asking because acc. to this advisory, the issue has been corrected in Smart Array Controller Firmware Version 3.66 (or later):
http://sawpro.atlanta.hp.com/km/saw/view.do?docId=emr_na-c02666681
but yours is newer :/

Re: 1797-Slot 0 Drive Array - Array Accelerator Read Error Occured
Hi,
The controller could be bad is the most possibility but the idea is we order 2 controllers from HP and tested, not worked.
And we have other server (server 2) like this server (server 1), we tested the controller from of (2) in (1), work normaly.
So the 2 controllers ordered from HP are bad ?
