2 Node 380 Gen10 Plus - MEGARAID 416i-a - 5x 4 TB SSDs - S2D Hyperconverged cluster - slow

Hi everyone,

i created a 2 node cluster with the following configuraiton:

380 Gen10 Plus
NVME (OS)
MEGARAID 416i-a 12G SAS
5x 4 TB SSDs (Capacity - Nested 2 way mirror)

If i copy files onto the CSV that i created for storage spaces direct - i get a max throughput of 500 MB/s
While copying from server to server (OS) i get 1 GBs (at the moment the max of my storage network card). 

So i think the limitation is the controller or the drives (P40512-B21). Anyone has the same experience or can me explain how to tune the throughput?
