294-Memory Board X Training Failure. DIMMs on this Memory Board are not available to the operating system.

How to Reseat the memory board?

Check on Systems Insight Display which Memory Cartridge is failed and reseat it with neighbour cartridge. 

Do you have you support contract for this server? I mean it's Gen9, not too old, maybe you better open case in support?

Just a trick , so turn power off and unplug the cable of power , and inverted CPU1 & CPU2 ,turn power on and  lock if problem is resolved
