2sl - giving error 26 -may have a disk problem rerun acu

I have installed a 2-sl into cpq ml350 with raid 0+1 on 2 x 36g drives -When i boot from smart start to create partition etc. I get an error stating that the disk cannot be accessed , it may have a problem - cycle system power and run the ACU again - I have tested both drives and upgraded the rombios , to no avail .I also tried using the acu from the 532 cd as it's newer - smae problems
Any help would be appreciated
