2x U320e HBAs in DL160 problem

Hi,

i want to add two U320e HBAs to my DL160 server. If i only add one, the server boots fine. But with two controllers built in, it hangs on boot, when controllers start searching for devices. if i'm quick, i can enter the hba config tool.

do i have to change something in bios or on the controller settings?

thanks in advance!

regards,
stefan

OK, here is the solution: Disable the Boot BIOS of the SCSI Controllers, then everything works smooth (i only have tape drives attached - so i don't need to boot from scsi).
