3 drivers missing after clean install of Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition
I clean installed a copy of Windows Server 2012 Standard on a DL320S and all seems well except 3 drivers show that they need to be installed.
\VEN_0E11&DEV_B204&SUBSYS_3305103C&REV03\4&205E9EF1&0&22F0 (I may have a few digits wrong ... I believe its the iLO Management Interface Driver)
\VEN_103C&DEV_3302&SUBSY_3305103C&REV00\4&205E9EF1&0&26F0 (I believe this is the iLO2 Management Controller Driver)
\VEN_1000&DEV_0030&SUBSYS_332A103C&REV_C1\5&4C2C194&0&4000E4 (It indicates this is a SCSI Controller, although all drives appear to be working fine)
Are appropriate drivers available?

Re: 3 drivers missing after clean install of Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition
The SCSI controller is just the LSI ultra 320. Server 2012 probably has it's own default driver for that, which is good because otherwise it wouldn't boot. You could probably find a generic driver for it and modify the INF to include that specific subsys code, modifying it however you want so it displays the HP controller info. I'm sure somewhere out there there's a Server 2012 driver/inf for that.
But as you've seen, the DL320 G5 (or any G5 models) don't have HP support beyond Server 2008 R2, so if you want Server 2012 drivers without any yellow exclamation points, you have to be a little creative.

you need to update your server using HP Service Pack for ProLiant :
