301- Key board error
I have Deskpro 4000. Suddenly when I turn the machine on, I get FF 301- Key board error. I downloaded system configuration utility based on earlier responses to similar error but not sure how to use this system configuration file which I have downloaded on disk to update BIOS.

Re: 301- Key board error
This is a keyboard problem, you need to do one of the following:
Do you get a lot of beeps when you attempt to boot? If so, it means one of your keys is stuck and needs to be gently pulled up so it's no longer making contact.
Otherwise, make sure your mouse/keyboard are plugged into the right ports.
If this doesn't work, disconnect the keyboard then reconnect.
If that doesn't work it means your keyboard is farked and you might need to get a new one.
Good luck.
