Re: 341 300 GB 2-Port SAS Drive at Port 2I : Box 1 : Bay 6 is predicted to fail soon.
Hi,
According to the attached report:
[ Smart Array P410i in Embedded Slot ] → [ Internal Drive Cage at Port 2I : Box 1 ] → [ Drive Cage on Port 2I ] → [ Physical Drive 2I:1:6 ] → Physical Drive Status
Last Failure Reason: Hardware Error (0x0d)
[ Smart Array P410i in Embedded Slot ] → [ Internal Drive Cage at Port 2I : Box 1 ] → [ Drive Cage on Port 2I ] → [ Physical Drive 2I:1:7 ] → Physical Drive Status
Last Failure Reason: Aborted Command (0x0e)
I guess two drives are failing.
Thank You!

Re: 341 300 GB 2-Port SAS Drive at Port 2I : Box 1 : Bay 6 is predicted to fail soon.
Hello dvdindonesia,
as Suman_1978 already mentioned 2 drives are failing (bay 06 and bay 07):
Consolidated Error Report:
Controller: Smart Array P410i in Embedded Slot
Device: Physical Drive 2I:1:6
Message: Physical Drive State: Predictive failure. This physical drive is predicted to fail soon.
Controller: Smart Array P410i in Embedded Slot
Device: Logical Drive 2
Message: Logical drive state: This logical drive has failed and cannot be used. All data on this logical drive has been lost.
52 03-30 2015 18:17:10 Physical Drive:Drive State Drive failed. SCSI Port 1 SCSI ID 5 Physical drive 0005 Failure reason: 0d Configured drive flag01 Spare drive flag 00 Big drive 00000005 Enclosure bay 06 Enclosure box 01
56 04-25 2015 07:56:04 Physical Drive:Drive State Drive failed. SCSI Port 1 SCSI ID 6 Physical drive 0006 Failure reason: 0e Configured drive flag01 Spare drive flag 00 Big drive 00000006 Enclosure bay 07 Enclosure box 01
both these drives have some reallocated sectors and hard read errors. Used SA controller firmware is very old - 3.66 - last version 6.62.
You can try to reenable logical drive to try to get some data from this logical drive - HDD in possition 2I:1:7 seems to be up again. This could be done in HP ACU or during server post. But unfortunately data from this logical drive could be already lost due to multiple HDD failure.
For more help please contact your local HP support.
