380g3's, ILO, and Avocent KVM

I have 4- 380g3 getting ready for production. I have configured all of the ILO's on the servers but I am now having problems on the Avocent KVM switches. My mouse on my KVM will stop functioning and also when I remote control to the server using ILO (I have the advance pack on them) the mouse freezes up sporadically. I have the latest firmware for the ilo and the latest w2k drivers. We have avocent(s) dsr2161 firmware version 1.1.017 with dsview software 1.0.9 if this helps. We are asking for some cables with USB mouse to see if this resolves the issue. Also we had this same problems on the 580g2's with the RILO board. Opened a ticket, tried several things and ultimately had to remove the board.
