A black screen appears after loading provisional intelligence on the integrated remote

A black screen appears after loading temporary intelligence into the ProLiant BL460c Gen9's integrated remote console.
When trying to access the disk controller to resolve a specific issue, we found that once we entered the temporary intelligence and selected SSA, it began to load, then went to a black screen, and then nothing happened. We tried from another browser, but the problem persists. Any ideas on how to access SSA?

Hello @OrlandoI ,

I would suggest you to please update your server firmware codes first.
You may have to update firmwares step by step, also, need to update the Onboard administrator firmware.
