a controller failure event occurred previous lock up code was 0x15

I've had a few servers hung this week.

on reboot that message was displayed, and the adu report shows this for the error log;
Error Log
Trap Address High Or Post Results Lockup Reason Or Post Error RIS Updates Or Post Error Detail Firmware Version Trap Address Low
0x8087 0x0015 0x0000033e 0x015e 0xd65c

any suggestions on what might cause that?

And I would really like to get a list of those controller lock up codes for future reference

server model is dl180 6G
