Access Issue with Intelligent Provisioning When Pluging HP DL360 G9 Server with X520-DA

When installing X520-DA2 on an HP DL360 G9 Server, during server startup when attempting to access the F10 screen, which is the Intelligent Provisioning application, the following warning appears on the screen, and Intelligent Provisioning does not open.

" Attempting to read system hardware settings "
Read Attempt:...
The System Hardware information is unreadable. If problem persists reset to defaults.

Hello,

You try by clearing the server's NVRAM.

• To do so, shutdown the server and remove the power cable from the power supplies. Remove the access panel and identify the system maintenance switch.
• It is illustrated on the rear of the access panel. You may also refer to the HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server's user guide, item number 4 of the diagram "System board components" on page 13 to identify its position on the system board.
• Once identified, set the switch S6 of the system maintenance switch from the default "Off" position to "On" position, replace the access panel, connect the power cables to the power supplies and power on the server.
• When a message is displayed indicating that one of the system maintenance switch is turned on, then remove the power cables from the power supply, remove the access panel and reverse switch S6's position to "Off", replace the access panel and power on the server.

ı did update IP 2.5 verison but not open IP . so issue keep going.

I think this X520-DA2 not official.

ı solution , changed the x520-da2 card.

I updated the IP, but the issue still persists.

I changed the Card.
