activating DL 360 G5 network teaming

Servers:
1xDL360G5
2xDL380G4-teaming activate
Same network
When activating network teaming on a DL360G5
the two DL380G4 servers lose their network connectivity. To restore this connectivity I have to disable/enable teaming on DL380G4 machines and of course disconect from network the DL360G5.
Without teaming enabled on DL360G5 no problems.
Someone have an idea??
