ACU: Controller is locked by another machine or user

Hi,
ACU utility shows this message: "Controller is locked by another machine or user", but no other user is connected to the server. After server reboot, situation is the same.
ADU didn't show errors.
And customer report that the server performance is degraded.

Server: ML370 G3
Array Controller: SA6404 -> Storage.

Where might be a problem?

flash the sa6404 firmware and see if it makes a difference,

Newest SA6400 firmware solved the problem.
